Urban Standz will host the publisher's content and enable modifications when required.
Administrative Support
Urban Standz may offer administrative assistance relating to payments, technical support, platform queries, and search functionalities. However, Urban Standz and its team shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by Users or Publishers, including property-related issues arising due to information exchange via the platform. Urban Standz disclaims liability for the accuracy, quality, or representation of any content or services uploaded by Users or Publishers.
Advertising Services
Users acknowledge that the platform may display advertisements, including content published by other Users or Publishers. These may be personalized based on data collected through platform usage.
Interactive Services
Urban Standz may provide bulletin boards, dashboards, or other interactive spaces allowing users to share feedback and reviews regarding transactions, vendors, or general real estate topics (including government regulations).
User reviews and ratings may be published in full or as aggregate scores. Urban Standz also reserves the right to publish its own performance-based ratings of Users. The company holds no responsibility for individual feedback or reviews published on the platform

ELIGIBILITY TO USE ONLINE PLATFORM
1. In order to access or use the Online Platform, you need to be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a Real Estate Agent, you represent that you are a licensed real estate agent in your state. You agree that you will not do any act or thing or omit to do any act or thing (or permit your representatives or agent) that is in violation of applicable laws or your licence conditions. You will not facilitate / advertise / list the sale or purchase of any immoveable property that is not in compliance with applicable real estate laws.
If you are a Real Estate Developer, you represent that you are a licensed real estate developer in your state. You agree that you will not do any act or thing or omit to do any act or thing (or permit your representatives or agent) that is in violation of applicable laws or your licence conditions. You will not facilitate / advertise / list the sale or purchase of any immoveable property that is not in compliance with the applicable real estate laws.
If you are a Real Estate Landowner, you agree that you will not do any act or thing or omit to do any act or thing (or permit your representatives or agent) that is in violation of applicable local laws. You will not facilitate / advertise / list the sale or purchase of any immoveable property that is not in compliance with the applicable real estate laws.
If you are a Professional providing real estate-related services, you represent that you are a licensed professional in your state. You agree that you will not do any act or thing or omit to do any act or thing (or permit your representatives or agent) that is in violation of applicable laws or your licence conditions. You will not facilitate / advertise / list the sale or purchase of any immoveable property, movable property, or any services that are not in compliance with the local laws.
1. You shall be responsible for reviewing and obtaining any necessary licenses, waivers or permissions with respect to any third-party rights to content uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise communicated on to the Online Platform.
2. You shall not upload, post or otherwise transmit any content that is obscene, unlawful, derogatory or defamatory of any race, religion or ethnic group, or material that misappropriates or infringes intellectual property rights of others, on or through the Online Platform or to end users.
If you are a promoter/developer or any other real estate professional (not being a Real Estate Agent), you agree that you will not publish any content in relation to any property in a real estate project or part of it that has not received applicable developmental approvals, permits, or other regulatory approvals.
You may be provided with links on the website that direct you to third-party websites, applications or content, including advertisers (“Third Party Links”). Urban Standz does not endorse any Third-Party Links that you may be directed to from the website. Accessing such links shall be subject to their respective terms of use and is at your sole discretion. Urban Standz shall not be responsible for any loss or liability resulting from such access.
You acknowledge and agree that Urban Standz may carry out marketing programs. You hereby authorize Urban Standz to run such programs in relation to the properties or property-related services or any other content published by you and other users. Urban Standz shall have the sole discretion to decide which properties or services to include in such programs. Urban Standz does not guarantee results and inclusion does not imply endorsement.
